AWF champions a strategy that unites conservation action with efforts to create a more prosperous future for Africa’s people. Our approach is both top-down (securing large landscapes essential to key species) and bottom-up (developing African natural resource leaders & conservation-compatible enterprises). Together, these initiatives can foster landscapes where people and wildlife prosperously coexist.
